Linen Policy Please Read Carefully~
*Every effort is made to ensure our linen is sent out in good condition. No rips, tears egregious stains or burns. All linen are washed and dried upon return. "Some" linens may have minor stains as to be expected in the linen rental industry. If you notice any major issues with your order please contact us immediately so we can make note of it and do what we can to correct it. Otherwise we will assume everything is fine at the time of rental.
*All linens will be counted and inspected for damage with 24-72 hours upon return. Damage includes, but is not limited to, CANDLEWAX* (SEE BELOW), BURNS, TEARS, CUTS, HOLES, MILDEW, INK or UNUSUAL STAINS and MISSING LINEN. Linen returned heavily soiled which requires heavy stain treatment and washing more than one time will be charged a cleaning fee of 20% of the linen total. There is a minimum charge of $20.00 linen cleaning fee per order which will be applied to invoice. Please DO NOT launder the linen. We are able to remove most stains, however, IF LINEN IS DAMAGED DUE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE REASONS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR FULL REPLACEMENT COST.
*POLICY REGARDING CANDLES AND WAX: DO NOT USE WAX CANDLES WITH AN OPEN FLAME WITH OUR LINEN. Please use battery operated candles only. IF LINEN IS RETURNED WITH WAX STAINS THEY WILL NOT BE LAUNDERED. INSTEAD, DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED AND THE LINEN IS YOURS TO KEEP.
*BEFORE RETURNING LINEN, MAKE SURE IT IS FREE of all debris. This means removing ALL FOOD, DECORATIONS, PAPER PRODUCTS, DRINKS and anything else used on the tables. To avoid mildew damage, make sure the linens are DRY before placing them in the bins provided. There is a $20.00 replacement fee for bin/s not returned. Small linen orders can be neatly folded and returned in cardboard boxes or paper bags. DO NOT return linen in plastic bags of any kind (including the bags provided) as they encourage mildew. Keep linens away from water. Keep linens away from fire. DO NOT STAPLE LINENS TO THE TABLE. DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF ADHESIVE OR TAPE
