RENTAL POLICIES

Delivery and Pick Up Service 

All of our items  can be delivered well in advance of an event to allow for proper setup, or can be delivered according to your specific venue requirements. Whenever possible we appreciate the largest delivery and pickup window you can accommodate. Delivery and pick up service requires delivery fee starts at $150.00 and up. Price varies depending on location.  11pm pickups and after are subject to $100.00 late fee. Setup is a additional  labor cost.

Linens: All linen are subject to a one time $20.00 cleaning fee. Linens do not come pressed, Early pick up fee of $20.00 is required for linens to be picked up  one day prior to event.  SGBES charges $10.00 per piece to be steamed. in order to receive this service advanced notice is required.

Customer Pick up and Return

Customers may pick up orders who have proper sized vehicles and necessary help.  Pick up and Return location is in Brockton, MA.  Items must be returned within 24 hours to avoid late $50.00 late fee and delays in for filling other customers orders.  Please be sure to arrange pickup and drop off times in advance to avoid delays.  Signed rental agreement required upon pick up.  MA drivers license needed before items will be released. Upon return all items must be returned in the same manner given. Lessee (You) is liable for any damages or missing items at full replacement cost.  Regardless of who drops items off or picks up. Lessee will be notified by SGBES of damages or missing items. If payment is not received within 7 days form notification the account will be sent to collections and additional $300.00 late fee will be applied to outstanding balance. 

 

Credit / Debit Card  and Proper ID 

All customers are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file. A valid Drivers license or MA Id is required as well. If both are not presented with signed agreement SGBES will not move forward with services.

Client Cancellation

Once retainer payment has been made to Shanera Grace Bridal & Event Services, AKA SGBES or SGES,  Items or services are no longer available to other potential customers for the date of your event. Therefore, payments are non-refundable. If partial retainer payment is made to hold items or services  you/ the customer will be responsible for full payment in the event you decide to cancel less than 60 days out from your event. In the event of non-payment, SGBES retains the right to attempt collection through all legal and permissible means. Client will be responsible for all court fees, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by SGBES

SGBES Cancellation 

If snow storms or forecasted inclement weather situations arises or other as acts of God, beyond SGBES control. No deliveries will be made. The client will be notified of the change as soon as possible. Our staff will make  all reasonable efforts to find comparable alternative date or item. In the event SGBES is unable to procure a alternative date or item. The client shall receive a full refund of  delivery fee paid to SGBES for delivery.

Venue Cancellation 

If for any reason the venue has to cancel your date No refunds will be issued. However,  Shanera Grace Bridal Event Services will  do our due diligence to work with our customers and venue on securing an available alternative date.
